1. La Oliva

Located in the north of the island, La Oliva is one of the most well-known municipalities in Fuerteventura thanks to its important tourist activity. It includes famous resorts such as Corralejo and El Cotillo.

Corralejo is renowned for its extensive white sandy beaches and the spectacular Corralejo Dunes Natural Park, one of the most visited landscapes on the island. It is an ideal area for walking, water sports, boat trips to the Isla de Lobos and a livelier nightlife.

El Cotillo, on the other hand, retains a quieter and more traditional atmosphere, famous for its natural lagoons with crystal clear waters, perfect for swimming and relaxing, as well as being a popular location for watching the sunset and surfing.
