Fuerteventura attracts an international community made up of visitors, remote workers, freelancers, and people who choose to stay on the island for longer periods.
Many come with skills that could be useful to the island’s activities, but there is currently no easy way for local businesses and these people to meet.
The Remote Escape wants to fill this gap.
For travelers and remote workers, the platform offers the possibility to:
- earn something more;
- use their skills;
- get more in touch with the territory in which they stay.
For local businesses, however, it is an additional way to find someone when they need an extra pair of hands or a specific skill.
Fuerteventura is already considered a particularly suitable destination for remote workers, with a growing offer of coworking and coliving, especially in the north of the island.
